About Me

My name is Danielle Boyd, and I live in Kingston, On. In 2019, I completed the Writer's Studio at Simon Fraser University and published a piece in the class anthology, Emerge 19. I am an alumnus of Adrienne Young's Writing with the Soul workshop and a member of the Creative Academy for Writers, an online community of creatives. In addition, I work as a digital marketer for a company specializing in personality and behavior that has helped me grow and shape characters.

I competed for Canada in the sport of sailing at the Rio 2016 Olympics. Life has always been about pursuing my dreams, inspiring others, and doing what I love. I encourage girls to stay active as an ambassador for Fast & Female and fight for clean oceans.
